To house those in need in Peterborough, Ontario, Canada, the area Habitat for Humanity chapter chose to build a multi-family affordable housing structure with Nudura Insulated Concrete Forms. With ICFs, the 3-story, 41-unit building delivers sustainability, durability and sound-proofing for unbeatable occupant comfort. The energy efficiency of the wall system also reduces monthly utility bills to make high-quality housing more accessible for local families.

The success of this build has the Habitat for Humanity Peterborough & Kawartha Region looking forward to their next affordable homeownership condo project to begin construction in 2025.
