Multi-Family Habitat for Humanity Build- Ontario, Canada


To house those in need in Peterborough, Ontario, Canada, the area Habitat for Humanity chapter chose to build a multi-family affordable housing structure with Nudura Insulated Concrete Forms. Sarah Budd, CEO of the Peterborough and Kawartha Region Habitat for Humanity, explained that ICFs help them provide “strength, stability and independence through affordable homeownership.”

With ICFs, the 3-story, 41-unit building delivers sustainability, durability and sound-proofing for unbeatable occupant comfort. The energy efficiency of the wall system also reduces monthly utility bills to make high-quality housing more accessible for local families.
